John F. Pollick
Mr. Pollick practices primarily in the areas of real estate, secured lending, bankruptcy, and debtor and creditor rights. He also has extensive experience in state and federal litigation and general business matters. He has held in-house positions with the Equity Group (Sam Zell) and Siemens Corporation, and was formerly a partner at Ross & Hardies and its successor, McGuireWoods LLP. He has been a frequent lecturer and author for continuing education programs, and for 19 years was an adjunct professor of bankruptcy law at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He received his B.A. from Yale University and J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
Mr. Pollick has been a member of the Illinois Leading Lawyers Network, Banking and Financial Institutions, since 2005. He is admitted to state and federal courts in Illinois.
